Classes or Private sessions
 
Private sessions are available upon request in the comfort of your own home. They give you complete flexibility and allow a programme to be tailored specifically for you and your posture.

Pilates enthusiasts may prefer to have one-one classes to build on their core strength in order to excel in a particular sport such as golf, tennis or horse riding. I also specialise in building programmes specifically for such goals. 

All private classes include Biomechanical screenings (postural analysis) every month. This is the most effective way of monitoring your progress and a great way of seeing what you have achieved.

From a physical perspective it also ensures there is no unnecessary muscle tightness, aches and pains that can often prevent you from reaching your goals.

Biomechanics training allows you to feel the best you can whilst you exercise your way to your desired fitness level.

Pilates for Golfers and Horse Riders:


  • Improves "muscle recruitment" – which means you are using the right muscles at the right time. This helps improve your overall consistency and strength.
  • Muscles work better in concert and synergy. By recruiting the right muscles and by using your core muscles efficiently, any motion can be perfected, from sitting on a horse,  standing up, walking to swinging a golf club.



  • Pilates balances both sides of the body.  By recruiting your core muscles effectively your balance is greatly improved which is essential for distributing your weight equally on the horse.
